Inogic launches LiveChat4Dynamics support tool
Inogic has launched LiveChat4Dynamics, an app that lets users provide live chat support to website visitors directly from their CRM systems.
This tool works with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and is part of a suite that includes Text SMS and WhatsApp integrations, according to the company.
With LiveChat4Dynamics, businesses can chat with website visitors instantly, get notified of new messages, track conversations, and update customer records in real time, enabling them to respond faster, organize communication better, and improve sales, the company said.

Esker, a provider of AI business solutions for finance teams, has updated its Connectivity Suite. The new feature adds ready-to-use tools that link Esker accounts payable with Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
