Fastpath announces license review tool for Dynamics 365

Fastpath Solutions, a provider of security and compliance solutions for Microsoft Dynamics, has announced a new tool for Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations cloud-based ERP system.

The Fastpath License Review Tool is a license reporting solution that gives companies insight into the specific license types consumed by current users, roles, duties, privileges, and security objects, according to the company. This information helps organizations manage license subscription costs with Microsoft, before and after subscription renewals.

This new solution lets organizations better manage their Dynamics subscription, identify cost savings, and determine which licenses they need.

"The Fastpath License Review Tool is a powerful reporting solution to help customers answer not only what user licenses they have, but why they need those licenses," said Alex Meyer, director of customer success at Fastpath. "This information is not available natively and we have seen numerous Fastpath customers leverage these reports to save significant amounts on their licensing costs."

Dexpro Dynamics expands Microsoft Dynamics GP practice with acquisition of Q Factor Consulting

Dexpro Dynamics is expanding its national Microsoft Dynamics GP practice with the acquisition of Q Factor Consulting. Dexpro Dynamics offers Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and CRM products. Q Factor has been serving Dynamics GP clients in Texas, California, Ohio, and Oklahoma for 15 years.

"My experience with Marlena Stark and her team has convinced me that Dexpro Dynamics is dedicated to the same level of service and professionalism that I have aspired to with Q Factor Consulting. I believe that Q Factor customers will benefit greatly from the broader scope of add-ons and synergies that the large pool of talented consultants at Dexpro Dynamics can offer as businesses increasingly move to the cloud," said Constance Quigley, owner/founder, Q Factor Consulting.

"We are excited to welcome [Q Factor clients] to Dexpro Dynamics and we are looking forward to support[ing] their Dynamics GP systems and help them reach their goals with access to a new set of insights and experience," said Marlena Stark, president, Dexpro Dynamics. "In many cases, this will include moving Microsoft Dynamics GP to the cloud,"
