Metafile Information Systems Joins Volaris Group, part of Constellation Software, Inc.

Metafile Information Systems, the company behind MetaViewer Paperless Automation and ResultsPlus Nonprofit CRM,  has joined the Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario.

Metafile will continue to operate as an independent business unit, according to the company. Additionally, they will continue to serve customers with the same leadership team and trusted employees, according to the announcement.

“Our organization chose to become part of Volaris because we believe it is a perfect fit for Metafile,” said Metafile Information Systems CEO, Nick Sprau. “The change will benefit our customers and employees and brings us a multitude of opportunities simply not available on our own. Digital Embrace merges with national consulting firm MNP

Digital solutions company Digital Embrace will merge with MNP, one of Canada’s largest national full-service business advisory firms, effective September 1, 2021.
