Ernst and Young Digital Solutions acquires business and assets of PT Kreatif Dinamika Integrasi

Ernst and Young Digital Solutions (EYDS has acquired the business and assets of PT Kreatif Dinamika Integrasi (Kreatif), a Microsoft services provider in Indonesia. 

This move strengthens EYDS' ability to support digital transformation, especially in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions, according to the companies.

Kreatif, won Microsoft’s Partner of the Year award in Indonesia in 2018 and 2024. After the acquisition, Kreatif’s three founders will join EYDS, two as partners and one as executive director, along with 111 team members who will become part of EYDS' technology consulting team.
