TrellisPoint launches workflow automation tool for commercial lenders

TrellisPoint, a provider of Dynamics 365 customer engagement solutions, has announced a new product for the commercial banking industry. Available as a web-based and mobile application, Virtual Loan Assistant solves two commercial lending challenges: collecting financial documents and enhancing the transparency of the credit process across an enterprise, according to a statement.

"We're excited to offer a high-value, Microsoft-based application to the industry that provides cost effective licensing options and improves speed to market," stated Jay Valerian, solutions consultant at TrellisPoint. "In many cases, we can implement Virtual Loan Assistant in less than eight weeks. The technology is easily adopted by users because most are already familiar with Outlook and other Office 365 apps."
