Innovia Consulting to acquire Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions Business Central and NAV practice

Innovia Consulting has acquired the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV practice of Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions (DMS). DMS will retain ownership and control of all the products and intellectual property offered under the Insight Works trademark.

As part of the acquisition, three new team members will join Innovia’s existing project teams. These team members will use their D365BC and NAV knowledge to help serve Innovia’s clients, according to the companies.

"We have built an impressive partnership with the DMS team over the past decade," said Alan Wyne, Innovia's CEO. "This acquisition of the Dynamics Business Central/NAV practice will allow Innovia to expand our presence in Canada.”

Cegeka strengthens CRM position after Avento acquisition

European IT provider Cegeka is taking over all shares in CRM expert Avento. With the acquisition, Cegeka is continuing to expand its CRM activities, among other things, by adding a dedicated mobile Dynamics 365 solution for the sales and merchandising teams. Avento's mobile CRM system, built on Dynamics 365 and Resco Mobile CRM, that enables field managers to work more quickly and efficiently as well as synchronize with the back office, according to the companies.

Avento will be integrated into Cegeka Business Solutions, Cegeka Group's partner for Dynamics 365 solutions, the companies said.
