New Intelligence Hub marks expansion of Franklin Templeton’s strategic collaboration with Microsoft
Franklin Templeton has launched the Intelligence Hub, a new platform is designed to help the company work more efficiently and deliver more personalized insights to clients.
Intelligence Hub builds on the partnership with Microsoft announced in April 2024, when Franklin Templeton said it would create an AI architecture using Microsoft tools. The new platform now puts that plan into action for U.S. distribution, updating key processes and improving sales performance, according to the companies.
Deep integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 helps ensure that AI-generated recommendations are relevant and easy to use, making adoption more consistent across global teams.
