ChargeLogic Adds Email Notifications for Dynamics NAV

ChargeLogic, a Microsoft partner specializing in PCI-validated (payment card industry) applications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV has launched ChargeLogic Notify, email notifications for NAV.

ChargeLogic Notify lets users create customized, targeted emails for invoices, orders, shipments, returns, credit memos, and sales quotes and send them directly from Dynamics NAV, according to company officials. The product works seamlessly with the company's other products including ChargeLogic Payments, ChargeLogic Shipping, and ChargeLogic Click-to-Pay and is completely integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Six preprogrammed email templates are included with the application: order confirmation, shipment notification, invoices, return confirmations, return receipts, and credit memos. With sub-templates users make changes in one central place and those changes appear in all linked email templates, saving time and eliminating errors, company officials said.

ChargeLogic Notify lets NAV users set up business rules to bring in data from any NAV table for automated customization with each email. The software enables users to assign different email templates by customer type, campaign, or date range, according to company officials.
