Simon Pearce Goes Live with JunctionMCR and Microsoft Dynamics AX

Junction Solutions, has announced that Simon Pearce, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of original products in hand blown glass and handmade pottery, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail, and JunctionMCR, a solution set for multi-channel retailers.

Junction Solutions implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX and JunctionMCR in six months so Simon Pearce could go live in time for the holiday season, the companies said.

The new solution has allowed Simon Pearce to streamline and automate many of its manual processes as well as unify numerous disparate systems, giving employees complete visibility into customer and order data, the companies said. The company has also updated its gift card and gift registry capabilities.
