enVista provides upgrade and compliance support for Microsoft users with new Microsoft Application Management services

enVista, a provider of supply chain and enterprise solutions, has released its new service, Microsoft Application Management, a subscription-based service that aims to enable enterprises to stay ahead of updates to their legacy and software-as-a-service Microsoft applications, ensuring constant availability and compliance.

With Microsoft Application Management, customers will receive comprehensive and proactive application management, application availability assurance, continuous monitoring and health checks, 24/7 service desk support, a simple billing model, and access to enVista’s team of functional and technical Microsoft experts, according to the company.

Clients that take advantage of this service will benefit from the latest functionality and security enhancements without any disruption to their businesses, the company stated.

Infinity Group acquires RedkiteCRM to drive digitization in the pressured social housing sector

Infinity Group, a Microsoft-focused cloud services, security, and business applications partner in the UK, has acquired RedkiteCRM, a Microsoft-focused housing management system provider for the social housing sector.

RedkiteCRM gives Infinity Group deep industry expertise and dedicated IP that caters to the unique challenges housing associations face managing tenant communications and operations, according to the companies.

Like Infinity Group, all RedkiteCRM's tailored solutions are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the Power Platform.

With the acquisition, Infinity Group grows to 150 full-time employees and expands its customer base and capabilities to deliver solutions tailored to the social housing sector, the companies noted.

Infinity Group intends to build on RedkiteCRM's offering, incorporating technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot and IoT, to bring the power of AI to customers in the housing sector, according to the companies.
