Create Advanced Charts in Dynamics NAV

On the Boyer & Associates blog, Kate Morgan explained that there are many pages in Microsoft Dynamics NAV with list views, including customers, Items, vendors, sales orders and purchase orders.

However, Morgan stated that it can be helpful to have a quick visualization of some important business metrics without having to filter the list data. In her post, she described how to successfully change a list view to a chart view and how to customize a chart.

How to Implement a Copy Loop in Word Report Layouts

On the Dynamics NAV Team Blog, Duilio Tacconi stated that occasionally the EMEA Customer Support and Services team receives a request to implement the Copy Loop feature as it has been for RDLC and/or Classic Client reports.

Tacconi explained that implementing a copy loop means allowing the user to choose one or more copies of a specific document to be printed together with the original one at the same time.

In his post, he offered an easy way to implement a Copy Loop using the Word Report Layout feature that was introduced in Dynamics NAV 2015 and enhanced in later versions.
