The recent acquisition and merger of technology firm C4CRM with Atlanta-based AEC360 has yielded the new 360 Vertical Solutions. The new entity offers two vertical-specific professional-services solutions built upon Dynamics 365, being AEC360 for the architecture-engineering and construction industry, and Legal360 for law firms.

As Whit McIsaac, CEO of 360 Vertical Solutions (360VS) describes, the merger is a perfect fit "that immediately started paying off for our customers. C4CRM brings solid law office clients, a world-class software development team, legal consulting depth along with some very cool and innovative technology. Together we have development resources, breadth and band width, legal credibility-and of course the relationship we've long shared as Microsoft partners."

McIsaac and business partner Dave Hutchinson founded AEC360 to develop Dynamics-based CRM for architecture, engineering and construction (AEC). Meanwhile, C4CRM principal and founder Joe Stuckey's career includes developing the CRM4Legal platform.

"Joe was the pioneer in the area of relationship intelligence and architected data harvesting solutions based on Outlook that integrated perfectly with Microsoft Dynamics suite of products," said McIsaac.

Focusing specifically on "intelligent relationships" in the AEC and legal markets, 360VS is structured around a purpose-built suite of end-to-end relationship management tools that bridge sales, client service, and marketing aspects of a customer's profile, all within the familiar framework of the Microsoft Dynamics suite of solutions.
