SmartList search options - advanced search: using wildcards and any field
On his GP Life Hacks blog, Shawn Dorward writes that wildcards are available in the SmartList search Although he knows a few, he said that there may be more that he hasn't figured out yet.
According to Dorward, the search window for SmartList is restricted to four different search definitions and that means sometimes you have to do an advanced search.
The first thing Dorward talked about in his post was the "any field" option. If you choose "any field" as the field name for your search criteria, SmartList will look at any field in the SmartList, compare it to the listed criteria, and return the appropriate results.

Unassigned security report & superuser roles
On her Tips, Tricks & Thoughts on Microsoft Dynamics GP from a Canadian Perspective blog, Jen Kuntz said that recently she was working on some upgrade tasks because her company was going through an upgrade from Dynamics GP 2013 to GP 2016.
