Default password verifiers causing slow GP performance

Writing on his blog, David Musgrave stated after Microsoft SQL Server 2025 was released, some companies have started using it with their Dynamics GP systems.

He noted that so far, two customers he's worked closely with have reported that Dynamics GP is running more slowly on SQL Server 2025 than it did on their previous version of SQL Server.

In his post, Musgrave provided information and a solution to help you implement SQL Server 2025 with Dynamics GP without any performance issues.

He pointed out that the details of the issue and a possible fix were provided by his colleague and friend, Arthur Achilleos, with troubleshooting assistance from MVP Rob Farley.
