Welcome back to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) training insights series. In our fourth session, we will be providing training insights on product management for D365 Finance & Operations. Unlike the financial functional areas, product management has two different audiences. The first one is the core team that will be making decisions on how the products are created, categorized, and managed. The second one is a much larger audience who use these products in their daily operations such as procurement, sales, logistics, etc. Both audiences need to understand how products are structured and used in D365.
This training covers product master data, product dimensions, product attributes, product categories and all the functions within the engineering and merchandising operations such as product creation, maintenance, etc.
