Session information in D365FO: Why and where?

Writing on her blog, Anitha Eswaran noted that when a support ticket is logged with Microsoft for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, the company often requests session information.

In her blog post, Eswaran explained why Microsoft asks for this information. She stated that session information helps identify the exact user and session where a problem occurred. Eswaran wrote that this is crucial because different users have unique roles, permissions, and settings, making the issue potentially specific to a particular session. She then explained how support teams can use session details.
