Restart PPAC UDE environment

Writing on his blog, Ramesh Balakrishnan wrote that developers working in the Unified Development Experience (UDE) for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations sometimes run into situations where the environment stops responding properly or certain services no longer work as expected. 

He stated that in traditional development environments, it was easy to restart or stop services when problems occurred. However, in the Unified Development Environment, those options are not available directly to developers.

Ramesh noted that the recommended solution is to deploy models to refresh the UDE. He pointed out that although you can't manually restart the environment, deploying models to the online environment can have a similar effect. 

The deployment process refreshes the system context and reloads the deployed components, which can help resolve a variety of runtime, performance, and accessibility issues, according to Ramesh.
