In addition, Collett stated that his post offers the necessary insight to help you succeed with data mapping, including how to set up a data map to ensure data is transferred correctly.
However, Collett added that before you start setting up a data map, you first have to understand the concept and functionality of data mapping in D365.

Configuring the learning path feature in Dynamics 365 CRM
On the Inogic blog, the author explained that the "learning path" is a tool that's available in D365 to help boost user engagement.
If you enable this feature, you can create your own learning path content for users that will help them to better understand the business. Additionally, the functionality provides contextual help that directs a user to follow a specific process.
In the blog post, the author offered a walkthrough of the learning path configuration and explained the pre-requisites for configuring it.
