On his blog, Stefano Demiliani wrote that he wanted to answer a question he received after the Directions EMEA session in Vienna about best practices for managing large customers. He noted that the session focused on the importance of writing efficient code, especially in high-transaction environments
Demiliani wrote that one of attendees asked an interesting question: Is there a difference under the hood in the Business Central server when using an AppSource or a per-tenant extension (PTE) app?
Demiliani stated that the answer is yes. In his blog post, he explained the difference.
