Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Teams: how to integrate them?

On the Stefano Demiliani Technical Blog, Demiliani explained that Microsoft Teams is the new collaborative platform for teams.

Demiliani stated that he often gets asked why Microsoft hasn't integrated Teams directly into Dynamics 365 Business Central.

I agree, I think that this is something that Microsoft should do in order to add collaborative features to D365BC (and to add always more integration to its product suite).

In his blog post, Demiliani created an extension that lets you send a message to a Teams channel from a Business Central page action.

Your program license does not allow you to publish

On his TharangaC - Microsoft Dynamics NAV Blog, Tharanga Chandrasekara stated that recently he ran into a new issue when he tried to push one of his company's extensions to NAV 2018 on-premise installation. 

Previously, he had used a PowerShell script to upload the extensions to production without any issues. However this time he received the following error message during installation:

Your program license does not allow you to publish <table extension name>

The instance was running with the customer's license and Chandrasekara realized he needed to find another way. He said there were a few options he could try.
