Microsoft ambitious on plan to boost productivity, mobility with Dynamics CRM 2015 and beyond

The next year in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is all about productivity and mobility, and CRM Online will play a huge part in that.

Microsoft Program Manager Venkatesan Sathyamurthy previewed the future of Dynamics CRM this week at eXtremeCRM 2014, explaining how improvements in the product will increase productivity and allow for a broader reach to the platforms on which people work. Key to these efforts are Office 365; Azure, and, of course, Dynamics Marketing.

"These are the three big pillars," Sathyamurthy told the hundreds in attendance at eXtremeCRM in Las Vegas on Wednesday. "You are going to see some really, really interesting things coming in CRM."
