Microsoft adds shopper ratings and reviews for Customer Voice with Wonderflow integration

Microsoft is touting a new integration between customer experience platform vendor Wonderflow's ratings and reviews data to enhance the direct customer feedback surveys of Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.

In a demo video, Microsoft shows how data gathered and analyzed by Wonderflow from public-facing reviews can be posted in Customer Voice dashboards alongside the inflow of data gathered via the Dynamics 365 product's more typical user surveys.
