Lemongrass grows Azure practice with Wharfedale Technologies acquisition

Lemongrass, an SAP-focused services provider, announced the acquisition of Wharfedale Technologies to grow its Azure practice. Lemongrass recently received a Microsoft Gold competency, and plans to grow its capabilities to serve customer demand for SAP in Azure.

Through the acquisition, Wharfedale leade rship—and its delivery team in India—will join Lemongrass. Wharfedale was originally formed by managers from EMC, Deloitte, and Deloitte to provide SAP hosting and cloud infrastructure.

“We’re already engaged with a number of companies in the US and elsewhere that want our help moving and running their SAP systems on Azure. This deal enhances our engineering and service delivery teams while positioning us to compete with the largest systems integrators in the Azure services market,” stated Mike Rosenbloom, CEO at Lemongrass.
