Netherlands-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 ISV To-Increase has acquired AX for Pharma (AXP), a Dynamics 365 ISV and integrator focused on the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
The acquisition of AXP will help To-Increase expand its business and strengthen its presence in the process manufacturing vertical. By adding AXP's life sciences expertise to its existing solutions, To-Increase can serve a wider range of customers and offer more solutions for the Microsoft ecosystem, according to the companies.
"With this acquisition, we will be able to expand our portfolio of solutions and deliver greater value to our customers through AXP's comprehensive, high-quality solutions for the life sciences industry," said To-Increase CEO Luciano Cunha.
Financial details were not disclosed, and the acquisition must be cleared by the office of the Italian prime minister as AXP is based in Milan, Italy.
The acquisition also gives AXP access to the To-Increase sales force, strong channel ecosystem, and an alliance with Microsoft across research and development and the team responsible for bringing products to market.
"As part of To-Increase, AX for Pharma can now provide even more value to our existing customers and we will leverage To-Increase’s platform to reach and support many additional customers globally with our industry-leading solutions for life sciences," said Andrea Ruosi, CEO of AX for Pharma.
To-Increase is on track to achieve "over 200% year-over-year growth in new software order intake in Q1 2023" after 151% growth in Q4, Cunha stated in a recent LinkedIn post.
