Focusing specialized software on the operations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM can lower operating costs.

A producer of software monitoring applications, AVIcode, announced that an Israeli bank "has realized significant reductions in application support costs and improvement in application performance" as a result of using the application monitoring capabilities of AVIcode's .NET Management Pack.

It enables "comprehensive application monitoring and root cause diagnosis for application failures, performance bottlenecks, and security and connectivity issues," AVIcode stated in a press release.

The Israeli bank, Bank Igud, "receives real-time health state alerts for its CRM system and the precise troubleshooting information they need to quickly isolate and resolve application problems. The bank has reported that this capability has
dramatically reduced the costs and resources required to support their CRM system," AVIcode stated.

According to Jonathan Balisha, chief technology officer of Bank Igud, "In order to support our vision and maintain our market position as 'the first second bank' in Israel, we chose to invest in a strategic and award-winning CRM project...To ensure the success of our CRM platform, we conducted a thorough evaluation of application monitoring solutions and deployments of those solutions in the region. Our conclusion was that AVIcode's products were the best-suited to meet the high standards we have set for our own operations, and we felt confident in trusting AVIcode's .NET Management Pack to help us ensure the highest levels of availability for our CRM system."

The bank "found significant value in (.NET Management Pack's) ability to alert us to and isolate incidents that were not logged by standard logging mechanisms."
