Hands-On Guidance to Mark User Group “Summit” Sessions Beginning Sept. 14

Attendees at the upcoming user group "Summit" sessions in the Chicago area beginning next week will have a wide variety of practical hands-on sessions to improve their ability to take advantage of Microsoft Dynamics applications. There will be four Summit sessions, one each for Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, and CRM, with hundreds of users expected to attend.

"This is the largest independent gathering of Dynamics users," says Andy Hafer, executive director of Dynamic Communities Inc., the umbrella organization of user groups.

Among the highlights for the CRM User Group:

o        CRM Support - including Creating Dashboards with Tools You Already Own and Reporting 101

o        IT Development - including Making SharePoint Work Better and Extending CRM with the SDK

o        IT Infrastructure - including Using CRM with Azure and Internet Facing Deployments

Highlights for the AX User Group include:

o        BI & Reporting - including the Future of BI & Reporting and Financial Reporting

o        Enterprise Portal - including Best Practices for Setting up and Role Centers in Enterprise Portal AX 2009

Highlights for GP users include:

o        BI and Reporting - including FRx Best Practices and the Future of BI and Reporting
