Companies depend on ERP capabilities to support their day-to-day operations, especially to fulfill key functions related to order management. Between August 7-9, professionals from across North America will converge on Grand Rapids, Michigan, the hometown of Microsoft partner and software developer Cavallo, for PANELS'23, where they’ll hear about the company’s exciting future of sustaining vital Dynamics GP deployments and honing Dynamics 365 Business Central installations.

To learn more about Cavallo's annual PANELS event, MSDW spoke with Elizabeth Morse, Corporate Events Manager for Cavallo. MSDW is a media sponsor of PANELS'23.

Over the event's two-day schedule, attendees will attend 30-plus sessions, network at evening events, and sample some of Grand Rapids’ best event venues.

"It will be jam-packed with engaging sessions, panel discussions, and time for networking. We are returning to the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We got great feedback last year about service and comfort, and are looking forward to filling up the venue again this year. It’s a historical hotel with modern comfort on the Grand River downtown, with easy access to some of the best restaurants and activities downtown has to offer,” Morse explained.

This year, Cavallo is expecting 250-plus attendees and registration will remain open until July 24th.

Cavallo’s most well-known product for Dynamics GP is called SalesPad. When the company changed their name to Cavallo during their rebrand in 2021, they broadened their product scope with new offerings for Business Central. The event will offer a range of learning opportunities for both GP and BC customers and partners, Morse said. At its core, PANELS has always been about building relationships and sharing insight, and this year’s event will be no different. Cavallo’s annual user conference is a chance to share their software with their customers and partners more broadly.

We got our start supporting users on Microsoft Dynamics GP 20 years ago with our legacy product, SalesPad. Since then, we've developed a suite of solutions for Business Central, and are committed to supporting all of our customers, wherever they're at. Though some in the community have mixed feelings about Microsoft's latest stance on GP, we'll continue to provide value for those using SalesPad, as well as those considering migrating to BC.
