Equisys Rolls Out Zetadocs Payables Approval Solution for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Equisys has launched Zetadocs Payables Approval, a new Zetadocs module for Microsoft Dynamics NAV aimed at improving the invoice approval and payment process for accounts payable (AP) teams.

Zetadocs Payables Approval, which was created specifically for Dynamics NAV, puts the whole invoice approval process on screen through a cloud-based architecture. 

Features of the solution include:

  • An easy-to-use management console lets accounts payable team monitor each invoice in the approval process so they can identify overdue invoices to chase or reassign
  • Role-based home pages and dashboards that let each approver view assigned invoices in a centralized task list
  • Support for approvals via phones, tablets and PCs
  • A secure, browser-based service requiring zero maintenance, minimal setup and configuration time and no client software to install

Zetadocs Payables Approval is the latest addition to the Zetadocs for NAV suite of document management products that help companies deal with inefficiencies of many common paper-based processes, officials said.

Other Zetadocs solutions include Supplier Invoice Processing, Proof of Delivery Tracking and Electronic Invoicing. 

Equisys CEO Chris Oswald said Zetadocs Payables Approval can be used with both posted and unposted purchase invoices. He added that it can be customized by NAV partners so they can extend the solution to match the needs of every customer.
