The Dynamics GP roadmap will continue to 2028 and beyond, Microsoft has told customers and partners. But for customers looking for more assurance, some firms are beginning to promise longer support windows.

Toronto-based Microsoft partner Endeavor Solutions has pledged to support Dynamics GP for at least 10 years through their support desk services and consulting team, joining a handful of other firms that have done the same.

"We expect that this announcement will help to bring safety and comfort to our GP clients, our GP Consultants, and to other members of the Dynamics GP community," stated Terry Sunderland, COO at Endeavour Solutions.

Endeavor is one of at least three firms with long histories in the GP channel making a 10 year pledge for ongoing support. They join WennSoft and eOne Solutions

Dynamics GP is governed under Microsoft’s Modern Lifecycle Policy. As Microsoft explains, “the Modern Policy offers continuous support and servicing, including bug fixes and the latest tax updates. Customers stay current by taking at least one of the three yearly planned Dynamics GP releases.” For older versions, GP 2018 R2 and earlier, their fixed support models will all end by January 2028.
