A Dynamics AX customer reacts to Microsoft's guidance on FastTrack for D365 Finance and Operations: Five key observations

As I was digesting all the information gathered during our most recent podcast on the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) FastTrack program as part of AX upgrades, I received a fabulous synopsis from one of the more knowledgeable AX folks I have had the pleasure of working with, Kenny Mullican, the CIO at Paragon Films, Inc.

Kenny is the rare individual that understands the technology, the business, and the accounting aspects of his AX implementation. Like many CIOs in his position, running a complex enterprise on Dynamics AX, Kenny has been evaluating the pros and cons of an upgrade to D365FO (which he also talked about on a previous episode of the podcast series).

Because of his breadth of knowledge and his organization's position directly in the sweet spot for companies evaluating an upgrade to D365FO, his analysis offers an especially valuable perspective in response to Microsoft's positioning of the program.
