Dynamics 365 Finance delivering expanded automation, globalization in new release wave: Community Summit North America

The latest enhancements to Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations, and Human Resource, coming as part of 2020 Wave 2, will be focused on delivering more automation and more artificial intelligence capabilities, Microsoft product owners told users today at Community Summit North America

D365 Finance highlights of this release wave include vendor invoice automation, automatic collection task creation, and touchless email reminders on payments due, stated April Ols0n, chief product owner for D365 Finance.  

"Automation is more important than ever," she said, noting that the Finance team is focused on helping users spend less time on manual activities and more on strategic tasks.
