Dynamic Communities announces two Dynamics 365 UGs; Summit attendance grows 63%
Microsoft Dynamics 365 will not hit the shelves until the November 1 general release, but Dynamic Communities, Inc. has already announced two new user groups to support organizations adopting Microsoft's cloud-based ERP/CRM solution.
Microsoft chose the independent UG Summit to unveil Dynamics 365, in an opening keynote by Scott Guthrie, Microsoft executive vice president, Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise. The entire keynote was dedicated to Dynamics 365 and to artificial intelligence (AI), with an impressive roster of testimonials from (among others):
- Rolls-Royce
- Marsten's
- TGI Friday
- Metro Bank
- Real Madrid
- Accuweather
- Ecolab
- Operations
- Sales
- Marketing
- Customer service
- Field service
- and/or Project Service Automation modules.
The Dynamics 365 Business User Group will include Special Interest Groups for firms using the Financials, Sales and/or Marketing modules.
