DXC Technology strengthens Microsoft Dynamics channel position with acquisition of Tribridge, Concerto Cloud Services
Global IT services company DXC Technology today announced it has acquired Florida-based Tribridge, one of Microsoft's largest independent Dynamics partners, along with Tribridge's affiliate company, Concerto Cloud Services.
DXC also owns DXC Eclipse, which includes the services firm formerly known as UXC Eclipse. The parent company UXC became a property of global systems integrator CSC in 2015. DXC Eclipse operates across a large geographic span in the Pacific (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji) and in North America (U.S. and Canada).
DXC Technology, based in Tysons Corner, Va., was formed in April by the combination of CSC and the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The company has nearly 6,000 clients in 70 countries around the world. The new Tribridge/Concerto deal will enable DXC to significantly expand its presence as the number one global systems integrator for Microsoft Dynamics, a company spokesperson said.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"The addition of Tribridge brings significant value to the existing DXC Eclipse business in the Americas and will allow DXC to expand and enhance its offerings in the healthcare, state and local government, consumer packaged goods and professional services industries," according to a statement from DXC Technologies.
