Delinea acquires identity and security solutions vendor Fastpath

Privileged access management software firm Delinea have announced plans to acquire enterprise software governance and security vendor Fastpath.

Fastpath delivers cloud-based access orchestration solutions and works with a range of major enterprise software solutions including all the Microsoft Dynamics ERPs, Netsuite, Oracle Cloud, SAP, and others.

Delinea plans to make Fastpath part of the Delinea Platform to broaden its authorization security capabilities, including enforcement of least privilege across infrastructure, applications, and data.
