Decisions Spring 2011 Sessions Available Now On-Demand

MSDynamicsWorld.com's latest virtual event, Decisions Spring 2011, wrapped up its live run on Friday, June 17, as the largest independent Dynamics event ever, with nearly 3,500 registered attendees across the four Dynamics product days - AX, GP, NAV, and CRM.  Each of the four days featured at least a dozen presentations from product experts on topics ranging from implementation strategy to user adoption to product roadmap to tips and tricks to true stories of very painful upgrades.

And in case you missed any (or all) of the live event, the event is now open and available on demand in the virtual environment.  The sessions have been recorded, the exhibit booths have been preserved, and it has all been neatly sorted and organized by Dynamics product so you can find the content you care about. 

The live event featured audiences that came prepared with some great discussions and lots of questions for the speakers, especially Microsoft product managers. Some of the interesting discussions during the event included:

  • Dynamics GP product manager Errol Shoenfish explains in frank detail why the Dynamics GP roadmap does not include any sort of merged Dynamics ERP solution. Errol and InellPartners EVP Mariano Gomez explained the future of Dexterity and Modifier/VBA customizations in light of the future direction of GP 12, a topic that Gomez has also covered in detail on his blog. Other questions and answers dealt with the future of forecasting and budgeting with Management Reporter, ISV readiness for GP 12, and how well the Dynamics GP team deals with enhancement requests and bug fixes ...
