Crestwood Associates Merges with Stanley Stuart Yoffee & Hendrix

Illinois-based Crestwood Associates LLC, Gold Certified Microsoft Dynamics Partner, has entered into a merger agreement with the long-time Florida-based Microsoft Dynamics consulting firm, Stanley Stuart Yoffee & Hendrix Inc. (SSYH).

Operating under the Crestwood Associates name, SSYH will keep its offices in Maitland and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, according to Crestwood officials.

Both companies provide Microsoft Dynamics accounting and business management solutions to mid-size companies. Crestwood offers Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, while SSYH offers Microsoft Dynamics NAV as well as Dynamics SL, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM.

The merger will enable Crestwood and SSYH to reach more customers, officials said. The addition of SSYH's Dynamics practice as well as its customer base in Central and South Florida will help both companies deliver more services to more customers.

Angela Stuart Mills, SSYH's owner and CEO, will join Crestwood as director of product development.
