Major Recycler Buys Dynamics AX 2009 For Seamless User Experience

Sanimax recently adopted Dynamics AX 2009 to improve business processes and customer service. The company collects more than a million tons of animal and food by-products across North America each year, and renews the materials to produce goods such as glycerin, proteins, leathers, and biofuels for industries around the world. Sanimax evaluated products from two other vendors before choosing AX 2009 mainly for its ability to deliver a seamless, consistent user experience, complementing its installed base of Microsoft solutions. The company was also impressed by the favorable price tag when compared to rival offerings. AX 2009 will provide Sanimax with a single business-management platform across its 35 sites in the United States and Canada, replacing three legacy ERP systems that have been expensive to maintain. Sanimax selected Fullscope Inc., the AX Partner of the Year in 2007 and 2008, for implementation and ongoing maintenance and support.

Penn Jersey recently branched into retail sales in addition to its core wholesale operations, and AX 2009 will replace an existing commerce@work enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that the company's increasing head count and diversifying business had outgrown. The new product will be  implemented by Microsoft Partner MBS Dev Inc. Penn Jersey looks ...
