Sedgwick offers optimize claim workflows
Segdwick, a Tennessee-based technology company announced that it launched a new tool using Azure OpenAI Service and AI Document Intelligence to process claims. Dubbed Sidekick Agent, the tool is intended to streamline claims management.
The tool includes capabilities around data science models, analytics, and ways to reduce the duration of claims. It comes integrated into workflows, with interfaces with Sedgwick’s other technology and ChatGPT.
