Armanino Acquires Rose Business Solutions

After 23 years as CEO of Rose Business Solutions, a Microsoft Dynamics GP partner, Linda Rose has stepped away from this role. 

Rose has announced the sale of Rose Business Solutions to accounting and business consulting firm Armanino LLP, a Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM partner. The sale will allow Rose to devote her time and energy to building and delivering cloud solutions for Dynamics through RoseASP and its myGPcloud and goERPcloud offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The merger enables Armanino and its Dynamics consulting practice to expand beyond its traditional on-premises clients located in Southern California and Hawaii as well as add a large segment of cloud-based clients, according to company officials.

Rose's headquarters in San Diego will become an Armanino office and join the list of  existing locations in San Jose, San Francisco, Portland, OR, and Naperville, IL. Armanino's headquarters will remain in San Ramon, Calif.

"We know Rose Business Solutions customers will benefit greatly from all the new services that Armanino offers, including accounting, tax, budgeting, forecasting and business intelligence tools," sad Tom Mescall, Partner-In-Charge of Consulting for Armanino, in the statement.

Rose said she was attracted to Armanino because its core accounting background as well as its extensive Dynamics product knowledge and progressive organization will enable Rose Business Solution consultants to deliver solutions that will benefit its existing clients.
