AppDirect acquires ITCloud.ca to expand Microsoft Azure capabilities in Canada

Subscription commerce platform provider AppDirect announced that the acquistion of  ITCloud.ca.  AppDirect plans to use the deal to grow its footprint in Canada, connecting ITCloud.ca with its AppSmart catalog.

Launched in 2005, ITCloud.ca developed as an online backup and recovery provider. Going forward, partners will be able to extend AppSmart’s application management, identity management, and data visualization tools.

AppDirect plans to add ITCloud.ca’s leadership to its own team. It aims to boost its own capabilities with ITCloud.ca experience in Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365.
