AInesHR launches AI-powered HR platform built around European compliance
AInesHR has launched a new HR platform built on the Microsoft ecosystem that helps European businesses manage employees in multiple countries while making it easier to comply with complex employment and data privacy laws.
The solution combines HR, payroll, recruiting, compliance monitoring, and AI tools in a system built for European businesses. According to the company, they designed compliance tools into the platform from the beginning to help businesses meet GDPR, the EU AI Act, and local employment law requirements.
Founded by Ana Inés Urrutia, a Microsoft MVP and an HR professional with more than 10 years of experience working with organizations in over 40 countries, AInesHR aims to make HR management easier for businesses with employees in multiple European countries.
"I didn't create AInesHR to take over the HR software market," Urrutia said. "I created it to focus on European businesses that have multiple offices or employees in multiple countries."
The platform includes employee records, contracts, onboarding, payroll, AI-assisted recruiting, and ongoing compliance monitoring. It also sends automatic alerts, keeps audit records, and provides AI-powered recommendations to help HR teams spot compliance problems before they become more serious, the company noted. It is also now listed on Microsoft Marketplace.
The company sees AInesHR's flexibility as a strength. Businesses that still manage HR with spreadsheets can use it as a complete HR system. Companies that already have an HR system can add AInesHR as a compliance tool.
AInesHR integrates with a wide range of Microsoft products, including Microsoft Entra ID, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and several Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, according to the company. AInesHR is available through Microsoft AppSource.
The company is targeting growing businesses with about 50 to 500 employees that hire at least 10 people a month across two or more countries, where keeping up with different employment laws can quickly become challenging..
The launch of AlnesHR comes as European employers face growing pressure to keep up with changing regulations. As the EU AI Act rolls out, GDPR enforcement continues and employment laws vary from country to country, businesses operating across borders have more compliance requirements to manage. According to the company, many still handle these tasks manually, which takes more time and increases the risk of mistakes.
"I've made sure that customers can access the compliance part of AInesHR separately," she said. "We've built integrations to multiple core HR systems so becoming compliant doesn't have to become a large project."
AInesHR is now available through an early access program for European businesses that want either the full HR platform or just the compliance tools.
