AI-driven OCR vendor Sypht joins enChoice

Enterprise content management and digital transformation solutions firm enChoice has acquired AI-driven OCR platform provider Sypht. Sypht is joining the KwikTag software division of enChoice, which specializes in AP automation and invoice management in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

enChoice plans to add more dedicated resources and investments to Sypht to deliver new products and features to the market faster, they explained in their announcement. Specifically, they noted that it will lead to enhanced intelligent OCR, improved data extraction accuracy on invoices and other financial documents, and better AP process visibility.

The inclusion of Sypht technology instantly increases their AI and machine-learning data extraction capabilities. Both companies’ solutions are SaaS-based, which will advance their integration to strengthen current products. The AI-based technology will become the foundation of document intelligence solutions across the software portfolio going forward.
