Accellos Acquires vSync, expands EDI and Shipping Compliance Offerings

Accellos, Inc., a leading provider of logistics, warehouse, 3PL, transportation, and mobile resource management solutions, today announced the acquisition of vSync, Inc., based in Columbus, Ohio.

vSync provides EDI and shipping compliance solutions for Microsoft  Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics AX. This acquisition further expands Accellos' reach into the Microsoft Dynamics channel with a deeper supply chain offering.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

With the addition of vSync, Accellos now has 195 dedicated employees and nearly 4,000 supply chain customers.  Bill Knapp, President of vSync will stay with the company, according to an Accellos representative.

The acquisition of vSync strengthens our commitment to Microsoft Dynamics users by adding integrated EDI fulfillment and shipping compliance."

Accellos already markets the vSync product line and will integrate it further with their Accellos One suite, a Supply Chain Execution suite for small to mid-sized businesses.  Both Accellos and vSync are Microsoft Gold Certified Partners offering solutions Certified for Microsoft Dynamics.
