Solgari Signs Partnership Agreement and Becomes Part of the QBS Ecosystem

Solgari and QBS have signed an agreement for the distribution of Solgari’s market-leading all-channel communication technology via the QBS marketplace. Integrating Voice, Video, Chat, SMS, WhatsApp and Social channels into a single platform, Solgari Converse enables businesses of all sizes to communicate better with their customers, contacts and prospects – for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Complemented with a rich Industry-specific automation layer for Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Non-profit, Converse enables firms to engage their customers on the channels they prefer, at times most convenient and optimal for them.

The partnership between Solgari and QBS – both members of the Microsoft Business Application Inner Circle 2021/2022 – opens this opportunity for the huge network of QBS resellers across the world, and both parties expect to grow and increase partner capacity via the largest ecosystem of Microsoft Business Central partners in the world. QBS Group takes care of the provisioning of the solution via their ISV marketplace (creating admin efficiency for all parties involved) and works closely with Solgari to find new partners willing to expand their portfolio with Solgari’s cloud-enabled SaaS solutions.
