- Smarter Check Stubs for Multi-Entity Environments
Multi-Entity Management (MEM) users can now display the specific paying entity on check faces and stubs, eliminating confusion for vendors without requiring customizations.
- Cross-Company Positive Pay
Organizations can process check batches across multiple companies in a single view, improving fraud protection and operational speed. User access is still securely managed by company permissions.
- Automated Vendor Re-Validation for Safer Payments
With updated OFAC rules increasing liability, the new version adds automatic re-validation of vendors before payments are released. This feature allows organizations to automatically hold payments for any unvalidated or flagged vendors within a user-defined timeframe. All other validated payments continue processing as normal.
