While their Microsoft Dynamics SL system has met their needs for quite some time, the organization recognized a need to enhance the product’s functionality to meet demand for improved visibility of their SL data company‐wide. Hundreds of salespeople, inventory managers, marketing staff and finance professionals needed to view the Dynamics SL data many times per week, but requests for reports and views into data were funneled to a small handful of people, working tirelessly to meet the demand week in and week out.
