Sabre Limited and Service Dynamics Bring Five Expert-Led Sessions to Community Summit 2026
The teams will share practical Business Central guidance and meet attendees at booth 1411 in Nashville, October 11–15.
CAMBRIDGE, Ontario, September 8, 2026: Sabre Limited and Service Dynamics, A Sabre Limited Company, will bring expertise in manufacturing, service operations, and Business Central implementation to Community Summit North America 2026, October 11–15 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jenn Claridge, Hillary Craggs, and Devan Patterson will lead five educational sessions addressing challenges that extend beyond software setup: helping employees adopt a new system, choosing the right service management approach, avoiding costly workarounds, managing recurring billing, and connecting projects with production.
Attendees can also meet both teams at booth 1411, with dedicated spaces for Sabre Limited and Service Dynamics. The shared booth brings together Sabre’s manufacturing focus and Service Dynamics’ specialization in field service and equipment rental businesses.
“People come to Summit with questions about how to make their systems work better for their business,” said Robert Jolliffe of Sabre Limited. “Our sessions focus on decisions that make a difference long after go-live: getting people comfortable with the system, choosing processes that fit, and understanding what the numbers are telling you. We look forward to continuing those conversations at the booth.”
The team’s educational sessions include:
- Jenn Claridge: Lessons from the Trenches: Understanding the people side of your technology Project
October 13. Practical lessons in user engagement, change management, and helping employees take ownership of an implementation. - Hillary Craggs: Multiverse: There Is No “Right” Way to Do Service in Business Central
October 13. How to evaluate native Service Management, Projects, third-party apps, and field service solutions against business requirements. - Hillary Craggs: The Hidden Cost of “Just Make It Work” in Service Management
October 14. How early design compromises affect billing, reporting, and operations, and how to avoid them. - Devan Patterson: Get a Handle on Your Recurring Revenue: Subscription Billing in Business Central
October 12. A practical look at contracts, subscription lines, billing cycles, and revenue recognition. - Devan Patterson: Why not Both? Connecting Projects & Production Orders in Business Central
October 14. Connecting project demand with production execution and improving cost visibility for custom and project-based manufacturing.
At booth 1411, attendees are invited to bring questions about their own operations, whether they are planning an implementation or improving an existing Business Central environment. Topics can include managing manufacturing costs, selecting service management tools, connecting rental operations with accounting, and preparing employees for change.
