Service Dynamics to Host Expert Panel on What Rental Companies Should Expect From a Modern Rental ERP

Leaders from Armada Dynamics, RUX Software, Suite Engine, and Service Dynamics will discuss equipment visibility, rental operations, fleet profitability, and ERP selection.

Service Dynamics will host a virtual expert panel on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EDT to help rental companies understand what a modern ERP and rental management system should provide.

The webinar, “Business Central for Rental Companies: What Does a Modern Rental ERP Need?”, will bring together leaders from three rental technology providers within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.

The panel will feature:

  • Bengt Rotheim, CEO at Armada Dynamics
  • Natalie Lemke, CEO at RUX Software
  • Tom Marshello, Director at Suite Engine

The discussion will be moderated by Krystal Duffield, Sales Executive at Service Dynamics.

Rental companies often need to manage reservations, equipment availability, dispatching, service, inspections, recurring billing, asset costs, and financial reporting across multiple systems. This can make it difficult to maintain accurate fleet information or determine which assets, customers, and rental agreements are generating a profit.

The panel will examine how a modern rental ERP can connect these areas and give rental companies a more complete view of their equipment and operations.

“Rental companies need more than a system that records when a piece of equipment leaves the yard and when it comes back,” said Duffield. “They need visibility into availability, maintenance, billing, utilization, and profitability. This panel will give attendees an opportunity to hear how different rental solutions approach those requirements.”

Topics discussed during the session will include:

  • Equipment availability and fleet utilization
  • Rental reservations, contracts, dispatching, and returns
  • Maintenance, service history, inspections, and downtime
  • Rental billing and integration with financial management
  • Tracking costs and profitability at the asset level
  • Connecting rental, inventory, service, and accounting processes
  • Questions to consider when evaluating a rental ERP system

The discussion will focus on practical considerations for rental companies evaluating new software, replacing disconnected systems, or exploring how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central can support their operations.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to submit questions directly to the panelists.

The webinar will take place online on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
