Filtering price lists by business unit in D365 CE

Writing on the Himbap blog, Mahender Pal stated that the price list entity is owned by the organization, not by individual users or business units.

He noted that because of this, you can't use standard security roles to control who can see price lists. Pal wrote that by default, everyone in the organization can view all price lists, no matter which business unit they belong to or what role they have.

He recently ran into a requirement where users needed to see only the price lists that applied to their own business units. Since this isn't possible with standard security features, he used a RetrieveMultiple plugin on the price list entity. He explained that the plugin filters price lists in real time based on the user's business unit, so each user only sees the price lists they're allowed to see.

In his post, Pal provided information on how to implement this.
