Verosoft launches mobiMentor AI, the first agentic AI designed to get real maintenance work done

Verosoft, a provider of enterprise asset management solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, has launched mobiMentor AI. It's the first agentic AI platform designed to actually perform maintenance tasks, not just answer questions, according to the company. 

Maintenance teams are dealing with fewer workers, more complex equipment, and pressure to keep machines running longer with limited resources, and they still spend too much time on paperwork and routine tasks. mobiMentor AI brings a new kind of technology to the industry: AI that can take action for users, not just provide information, the company said.

"Technicians spend too much time fighting the system instead of fixing the equipment," said Alexis Turgeon, director of innovation at Verosoft. "mobiMentor AI acts as an operational partner. If a technician says, 'close this work order' or 'create a work request for that pump,' the system simply does it. It turns natural language into real, completed work."
